According to Realtor Magazine, 61% of 3,300 office workers ranked human interactions as the most missed element of the office routine. Research shows that office employees are consistently experiencing feelings of disengagement and virtual fatigue. They say that long-term remote work is causing people to feel disconnected from their co-workers, which results in employees lacking a sense of purpose in their organization.
