John Malozsak, owner of Suburban Real Estate Group, relocated to the U.S. from Europe in the mid-1980s with his mother, bringing with him a strong foundation of hard work and determination. He spent much of his adult life in Southern California, where he launched multiple successful ventures in the automotive industry—designing and building custom cars that earned national recognition and appeared in international publications. He also worked on several major motion pictures and, most importantly, encountered a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.

In 1992, John married his best friend and ministry partner, Cheri. Together, they raised two entrepreneurial children and eventually relocated to Arizona in 2005 to help launch a local church. While serving their community, John pursued another passion—real estate. Quickly rising through the ranks, he was named “Rookie of the Year” at his first brokerage and soon after launched his own company in 2009.
